Lotusphere Sessions App ready for BlackBerry & iPhone, iPad is coming

I am pleased to announce that the first version of the Lotusphere Sessions App is ready for both the BlackBerry and the iPhone.

If you already have either of these installed from last year, then you can simply click on 'reload' to bring down the new sessions data for 2011. If not, the app is called "LSMobile" and you can find the BlackBerry version in App World, and similarly you can find it in the iTunes App Store for the iPhone. It is free.

While testing, I noticed the BB app has one no-star review in App World, the reviewer says: "Have a look at the screenshots. If you understand what it does install it otherwise don't bother". Sounds like a normal human being had stumbled into the yellow bubble. Ha ha ha.

We are hoping to add new updates/features before Lotusphere. We'll keep you informed.

In other good news, we have the iPad version completed and going through the approval process, so this should be available on the App Store shortly (provided it gets the thumbs-up from the kind people at Apple). We'll let everyone know when it is approved.

The iPad app is intended to look like the Mail app, and does the rotatey-thing.
