LS Sessions: Clustering for Domino and HA for BES (with Paul Mooney)

Gabriella Davis  6 February 2011 20:07:50
Paul and I did nearly 4hrs on clustering this year.  A 2hr Show and Tell on Clustering with Domino which went from building an initial cluster through to advanced management.  We followed that a day later with a session for RIM on BES high availability and failover.  Both sessions are similar in style in that we screenshot step by step everything you need to do to build a cluster for both environments.  What you don't get on the slides is our commentary so if you need any clarification or have any questions please let me know.

Gabriella, your presentation on clustering with Paul Mooney was inspiring and intelligent, and has put me securely on the path to want to cluster our iSeries mail & app servers. Thank you both for taking the time to present and show us the benefits and tricks to creating and managing clusters, your session was absolutely brilliant!

Very Best Wishes,

Angel Ayala

I agree. You and Paul are some of the best presenters every year at Lotusphere. You manage to take a dry topic, make it entertaining all the while providing excellent information to us. Thank you for your effort.

Thank you for this presentation. It was very beneficial. I am running through the slides and I am currently presented with using SQL 2005 or 2008. Benefit with either? Use the later or stick with 2005?
