3 pictures worth a thousand words - iPhone and Mail

I have recently installed iFidelity on our servers to improve mail rendering for inbound and outbound mail. I thought I'd do some testing on how the rendering would work when sending through to an iPhone so I asked Ben to send me a message with images and formatting. As luck would have it he was working on his own project for rendering rich text reports that day so he sent me the report he was working with, a bar chart with labels and hotspots on each bar for mouseover activity which popped up text descriptions. Not only did I receive the report perfectly in Notes, it rendered beautifully via Safari on my iPhone and via Activesync to the built in Apple mail client. (Activesync is now available for testing via Lotus Greenhouse). The only lost feature was the mouseover effect on the iPhone as that was overridden by Apple's own hotspot offering to 'download image'.
As proof see the 3 screenshots below and then hop over to Ben's site and get an Evaluation or, if you're a Business Partner, apply for your free copy while you can !
